Our Story

Owner and wine maker David Poland started the vineyard renting 2 acres on the Hanson Family farm which grew to 8 acres in three years. As time passed, David began attending seminars and conferences to enhance his interest in viticulture and wine making. In 2010, David reached out to his 2nd cousin Chancey Weidenhamer and his fiance Holly to gauge their interest in investing in a family owned winery. Fast forward to 2018 and David’s retirement dream of owning and operating a vineyard and winery had come true. Chancey and Holly have been thrilled to be a part of this dream turned reality. Together the three have worked as a team to bring you Hidden Hills Vineyard and Winery.
